What We Do

We are a substitute staffing network for schools in southwest Ohio. Instead of applying to one district at a time, substitutes apply once with us and gain access to assignments across all 22 districts in our network.

For Substitutes

One application opens the door to 22 districts. You set your own schedule, choose the districts you want to work in, and take as many or as few assignments as you like. We handle hiring, onboarding, licensing guidance, payroll, and support, so you can focus on the classroom.

For School Districts

We are the outsourced substitute staffing solution for our partner districts. We recruit, vet, hire, train, and pay substitutes, and we manage placement through Frontline. Districts get reliable coverage without carrying the recruiting and back-office burden themselves.

We are the sole provider of certified substitute teachers for the districts we serve. Participating districts employ substitutes hired and processed through our network.

Our Mission

We exist to keep classrooms covered and learning uninterrupted. When a teacher is out, students still deserve a capable, prepared adult at the front of the room. We make that possible by building a deep, well-supported pool of substitutes and matching them to the schools that need them - reliably, day in and day out.We are equally committed to the substitutes themselves: giving them flexible, meaningful work, paying them fairly, and supporting them well enough that they want to stay.

How The Network Came Together

Our substitute consortium was established in June 2012 by the Warren County Educational Service Center and the Warren County Commissioners, in partnership with the Butler County Educational Service Center. Together, the two educational service centers operate the network that serves districts across both counties.

The Warren County ESC serves as the fiscal agent, managing payroll and human resources. Both the Warren and Butler County ESCs provide onboarding, substitute training, and Frontline absence management support. That shared structure is what lets a single application reach so many districts.
